A complex condition in which infants are born with irregularly shaped ears– Helical Rim Anomaly, Prominent Ear, Cupped Ear, Lop-Ear, and Stahl Ear. These deformities do not affect the hearing but are confined to aesthetics only. The ideal age for treatment is one to two weeks after the baby is born, as the ears are soft and could undergo change.
